Yongzheng Six-Character Mark
The dish has rounded sides rising to the slightly everted rim,and is covered on the exterior with a vibrant pink enamel in contrast to the white interior. The base is nicely inscribed by six-character Yongzheng mark in double-square in underglazed blue. It is important to note that this plate was originally belongs to the Mary Clark Thompson (1835-1923) Collection and was accessioned by The Metropolitan Museum of Art,New York,in 1923.
